This Wednesday the WLP group walk will hike the Rattlesnake Bluff Trail to the bluff top overing Wacouta pond and looking north to the Mississippi.
We will meet at the wayside rest on Hwy 61 and Goodhue County 2 (road to the Villa Maria) at 6:30 pm to carpool to the site. If you have a MN State Park sticker and are willing to drive it would be appreciated.
The trail will be mowed and the distance to the end of the bluff is about 1 mile, 2 miles round trip.
The weather sounds pleasant at 82 degrees. Walking pole will be available if anyone wants to use them. Water and bug spray will also be available.
