The 2021 WLP t-shirt is ready for order. The shirt is beige and features Frank's inspirational phrase; "The sun is shining, the birds are singing, it's a great day to be alive." Sizes S-M-L-XL ($15) and 2XL ($17). Order at Treats and Treasures on Washington Street or by contacting Patty Svien, [email protected]. Please order by June 1.  Planning for the 2021 season of Walking Lake Pepin has begun. The summer walking event will be dedicated to Frank Lupton, a founding member of WLP, who we lost to ALS in March. See article below. We will continue to provide log sheets for those who want to keep track of their minutes of walking over the 10 weeks of WLP. We will also continue with weekly group walks on Wednesdays at 6:30 at a variety of local trails and city paths. Hope you can join us. Sign up will begin Saturday May 15th at Treats and Treasures on Washington St., Anytime Fitness on 7th St. and online at walkinglakepepin.org. The event starts Sunday June 6th and ends Saturday August 14.  |
