Count down to June 9th. "Get Ready, Get Set, Get Fit!"

We are a week away from the start of this year's Walking Lake Pepin/Acitve Living Fitness Challenge. There are close to 100 particpants already and hopefully more will be inspired to join us in the next week.  The picture above is of Dr. Pflaum and Dr. Ziebarth of Lake City Family Physicians Clinic who have again generously supported this year's event with a cash donation to help with event expenses and awards.  They are pictured holding this year's t-shirts which are bright orange and can be seen for miles.  The back of the shirt has a cool illustration of a walker, biker, swimmer and runner showing that this year's event is including all forms of physical activity.  The logo is below the pictures declaring your committment to "Get Ready, Get Set and Get Fit".  T-shirts can be ordered at Treats and Treasures on Washington Street. Cost is $11 and must be paid at time of order.  The deadline for ordering is June 9th, no further ordering will be done so order now!  Thanks to Dr. Pflaum and Dr. Ziebarth for their continued suppport.  See you on the RiverWalk June 9th.
